Creating on a shoestring budget is easy when you have imagination and access to a dollar store. 

A Halloween ornament and plastic container made for the perfect cauldron

I used a dollar store toy for Hattie's familiar. Message in a bottle ornaments, made for the perfect sized decanters. I filled them with foam balls (Lizard eggs,) pine cone scales (dragon scales,) pieces of a plastic hand (dead man fingers,) and I made a bag for the skulls out of recycled material.

Hattie's dress was made from cheesecloth and her cape was made from the material of a Halloween ornament. Her hat was premade.
